OUR HISTORY is different
We designed, implemented, and coordinated the largest capital raise in the nation’s history for a de novo bank, and we can do it for you. Our experience in institutional securities is also unique and offers a distinctive impact on the process. With almost twenty years of evaluating investment opportunities, we know what an organized, professional capital raise looks like, and we know what a trivial effort looks like to potential investors. The difference between the two will often determine the market’s perception of the bank in the early years.

Our background requires us to view this process from an owner’s perspective…a focus on the long-term implications of the whole capital raise process. Our perspective drives us to ensure that every potential investor is accurately tracked. It requires us to consistently and appropriately follow up with each and every investor according to his/her interest or status. It compels us to provide comprehensive and effective reports to each Bank Executive and Organizer, so they feel confident in their investment in the new venture; as well as saving valuable time, effort, and energies that will be used in meeting with customers/investors. This is not a capital raise; this is an event for the community.
